It has been so easy to answer customer questions and help my customers with all of their needs. I know I can check my e-mail from anywhere on the web, but this really is much easier.
I am still having clients contacting me for additional work since they said customer service has been so wonderful as well as asking questions they don't feel comfortable asking on the wonderful forum that WAHM Services has.
